• Service data: menu, hours and order information needed to operate the AI phone-ordering service, and call/order records generated through it.
• Usage data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected when you use our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, set up and operate the Service for your restaurant.
• To process payments and manage your subscription (via Paddle).
• To respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Sharing & Third Parties

We share personal data only as needed to run the Service, including with:

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record and payment processor (see Paddle's Privacy Notice).
• Infrastructure and communications providers (hosting, telephony and messaging) used to deliver the Service.
