These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sofia Digital AI phone-ordering service and related website at pay.muazshah.com (the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sofia Digital provides an AI-powered telephone answering and order-taking service for restaurants, including 24/7 call answering, order capture and confirmation, menu-question handling, delivery and pickup management, and custom setup for your menu and hours, as described on our website. Specific deliverables included with your subscription are listed on our pricing section.

2. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order processing and payments are handled by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), who act as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for all purchases made through our website. When you purchase a subscription, your contract for payment is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions also apply to the transaction. Paddle handles billing, payment collection, invoicing and applicable taxes.

3. Subscription & Billing

• The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription of USD $297 per month, with no setup fee, as shown on our website.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You authorise Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on each billing date.
• Prices may change with reasonable prior notice; changes will not affect the current paid period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at muazshah.official@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Cancellation stops future billing; please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, menu and contact information needed to set up and operate the Service.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable telecommunications and consumer laws.
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, resell or attempt to disrupt the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content and materials that make up the Service remain the property of Sofia Digital / Muaz Shah. You retain ownership of your own business data and menu content, and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to operate the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
