Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Sofia Digital service, operated by Muaz Shah (sole proprietor). Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

1. Monthly Subscription

Sofia Digital is billed as a recurring monthly subscription of USD $297 per month with no setup fee. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops all future billing.

2. No Partial / Pro-Rata Refunds

Because the Service is delivered continuously throughout each billing month, payments already made for the current period are non-refundable and are not pro-rated. When you cancel, your Service remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, email muazshah.official@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7828 729101. We will confirm your cancellation and stop future billing.

4. Billing Errors & Exceptional Cases

If you believe you were charged in error, or there are exceptional circumstances, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

5. Paddle Buyer Protection

As the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all refunds and may also be contacted directly regarding a transaction. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply alongside this policy.
